Allotrac are a company who develop and provide Transport Management Software.
The Allotrac system covers all the areas of transport management, from the initial order right up to the final invoice.
Their system also includes a facility called Jobs. This is where the Allotrac System will store, manage and process Jobs (or orders).
This is where the Allotrac Interface in Idealpos comes in.
The Allotrac Interface will allow orders placed from Idealpos to be sent directly to the Allotrac Transport Management System, ready for processing.
A Job/Order sent from Idealpos to Allotrac will contain the following details:
Once the Allotrac Transport Management System receives the order, the items in the order can then be processed and loaded onto a vehicle, ready for delivery to the customer's address by the delivery driver.
